Shipping policy

1. DELIVERY TIME

We provide shipping all over Pakistan through our designated courier service. Deliveries can take 1-5 working days. (Bank Transfer Payment / Easypaisa / Jazzcash delivery times are determined after receiving money in the account).

2. LISTING AND DESCRIPTIONS

Ilham Perfumes ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. While photographing, the colors and styles shown on the photographs advertised on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, though Ilham Perfumes cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color.

3. AMENDMENT IN ORDERS

Any amendments can be suggested within 5 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 5 hours may not be possible as we try to pack and deliver orders on priority bases.

4. RETURNING THE PRODUCT

You can return the product if the product is delivered to you in a damaged state. Exchanges are entertained as stated in Return Policy. Please email us at ilhamperfumes@gmail.com or WhatsApps at 0301-1131550 in order to arrange product exchange with us or with one of our representatives. In both cases, you must deliver the receipt along with the product to be returned.

5. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not offer exchanges unless the items received is not as per advertised. Please refer to our Return Policy.

6. WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED?

In case of receiving damaged products or items not as advertised, we offer exchange of the product if informed within 24 hours.

7. DO WE DO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

Currently we are not delivering outside Pakistan but in future we intend to do it.

8. WHAT ARE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY CHARGES?

All deliveries made within Pakistan are considered nationwide deliveries and our charges are only Rs.250/- for Cash-on-Delivery.
