Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have a day after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it i.e. unused, with courier service receipt attached to its original packaging.

To start a return, please note that requests for returns will need to be sent to the email address: ilhamperfumes@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 0301-1131550. If your return is accepted, we will share further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

The payment of return shipping will be handled by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
